Sesame Street SNEEZE Tissues Review — Worth it for families & fans?

Introduction: the problem and the promise

Running out of tissues mid-cold season, or replacing plain white boxes in a kid’s room, are small annoyances that add up. Lots of facial tissues are either too thin and wasteful, or luxurious but expensive — and many use plastic in the packaging. Sesame Street SNEEZE Tissues from BlowzeTissues aim to solve that: family-sized 120-count boxes decorated with Sesame Street characters, sold in multi-pack assortments, and packaged in plastic-free boxes. The promise is simple — fun, family-friendly designs without the plastic waste, at a price that works for bulk shoppers.

Specifications & Materials (Material & Quality)

The product listing emphasizes family-sized 120-count boxes packaged without plastic. While the exact ply (1‑ply vs 2‑ply) and fiber source aren’t listed, the tissues feel consistent with mid-range facial tissues: sufficiently soft for everyday use and absorbent enough for frequent nose-blowing. The box art uses licensed Sesame Street characters in colorful, kid-friendly prints.

• Box construction: Cardboard, plastic-free top opening (environmentally preferable and fully recyclable).
• Tissue feel: Mid-range softness — better than economy store-brand tissues, but not as plush as premium “ultra-soft” offerings.
• Durability & absorption: Good for general household use (colds, allergies, spills). Not marketed as lotion-treated or hypoallergenic.
• Packaging sustainability: The plastic-free boxes are a clear advantage for eco-minded buyers and make disposal simpler.

Real-world experience — Pros & Cons

What I liked (Pros)

• Design and appeal: Sesame Street artwork is fun and recognizable — a hit for kids’ rooms, daycares, or family living areas.
• Plastic-free packaging: The boxes are recyclable and eliminate the flimsy plastic pop-up insert common on many brands.
• Value in bulk: Prices scale down nicely — the 16- and 24-pack options are the best value per box.
• Reliable pop-up: Despite being plastic-free, the pop-up dispense is solid and tissues pull smoothly from the box in most of my tests.
• Convenient sizes: 120 tissues per box is genuinely family-sized — fewer box changes during cold season.

Where it falls short (Cons)

• Softness ceiling: Not as plush as the top-tier premium brands — if you want the softest tissue money can buy, a Kleenex Ultra Soft variant will beat it.
• Assortment unknowns: Boxes come as surprise designs; if you want a particular character or uniform look across rooms, you can’t guarantee it.
• No lotion or extra claims: If you need lotion-treated, hypoallergenic, or extra-thick tissues, this line doesn’t advertise those features.

“For everyday family use, the balance of fun design, eco-friendly packaging, and bulk value makes Sesame Street SNEEZE a practical pick.”

Quick comparison: Sesame Street SNEEZE vs competitors

Who is this product best suited for?

• Families with young children who appreciate familiar Sesame Street characters.
• Parents, daycares, and preschools that want cheerful, kid-friendly supplies.
• Eco-conscious buyers who prefer plastic-free, recyclable packaging.
• Shoppers who buy in bulk and want a better per-box value without sacrificing basic quality.

Bottom line & buying tips

Sesame Street SNEEZE tissues are a smart, practical choice if you want family-sized tissue boxes with kid-friendly designs and eco-friendly packaging. They don’t replace premium lotion-treated tissues for those who need the absolute softest option, but they strike a good balance of quality, value, and sustainability.

Shopping tips:

• Opt for the 16- or 24-pack if you want the best per-box price.
• Take advantage of free shipping on orders over $35 to save more.
• Expect assorted box art — great for variety, but not for matching a single room’s decor.
